This policy explains how Postique processes information when you use postique.io and the Postique AI Studio.
Information we collect
We process your Google account identity, email address, profile name and image; the ideas, prompts, manuscripts and edits you submit; project and export history; support messages; technical logs; and subscription status. Payment details are collected and processed by Polar and its payment partners, not stored by Postique.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, operate and secure the service, generate and save your requested content, calculate credits, deliver exports, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability.
Analyse en advertentiemeting
Met je toestemming gebruikt Postique Meta Pixel en Meta Conversions API om paginabezoeken, accountregistraties, gestarte checkouts en voltooide aankopen te meten, advertentieresultaten toe te schrijven en remarketingdoelgroepen op te bouwen. Browser- en servergebeurtenissen gebruiken dezelfde gebeurtenis-ID, zodat een actie maar één keer wordt geteld. We sturen geen wachtwoorden, manuscriptinhoud, prompts of betaalkaartgegevens naar Meta. Je kunt analytische toestemming op elk moment weigeren of wijzigen via Privacykeuzes.
Service providers
We gebruiken infrastructuur en subverwerkers, waaronder Google voor authenticatie, OpenAI voor gevraagde AI-generatie, Polar voor facturering, Meta voor advertentiemeting op basis van toestemming en PostgreSQL-hosting voor applicatiegegevens. Hun verwerking valt onder hun eigen voorwaarden en onze toepasselijke overeenkomsten.
Retention and control
We retain account data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal and billing records. You can download your account data from Profile & billing. To request deletion or correction, contact us.
Security and international processing
We use encryption in transit, access controls, signed sessions and isolated production services. No online service is risk-free. Your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate.
