This policy explains how Postique processes information when you use postique.io and the Postique AI Studio.
Information we collect
We process your Google account identity, email address, profile name and image; the ideas, prompts, manuscripts and edits you submit; project and export history; support messages; technical logs; and subscription status. Payment details are collected and processed by Polar and its payment partners, not stored by Postique.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, operate and secure the service, generate and save your requested content, calculate credits, deliver exports, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and subprocessors including Google for authentication, OpenAI for requested AI generation, Polar for billing and PostgreSQL-based hosting for application data. Their processing is governed by their own terms and our applicable agreements.
Retention and control
We retain account data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal and billing records. You can download your account data from Profile & billing. To request deletion or correction, contact us.
Security and international processing
We use encryption in transit, access controls, signed sessions and isolated production services. No online service is risk-free. Your information may be processed in countries where our providers operate.
