Terms of Service
By using Postique, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
Your account and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account activity. Do not use Postique to violate law, infringe rights, create deceptive or harmful material, bypass limits, attack the service or distribute malware. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use.
Your content and AI output
You retain your rights in content you submit. As between you and Postique, and to the extent allowed by law, you own the generated output. You grant us the limited rights needed to process, store and deliver the service. You must review output for accuracy, originality, permissions, platform rules and any required AI disclosures before publication.
Credits, subscriptions and cancellation
Free accounts receive 50 credits every 30 days. Paid plans receive the displayed monthly allowance. Credits are service units, not money, and are not transferable. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can change or cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
Payments and refunds
Polar acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, tax, invoices and refunds under the terms shown at purchase. Failed Postique generation jobs automatically restore the credits reserved for that job.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that AI output is accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postique is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
Changes and contact
